5. Operating Procedures
5.1 Preparation
Before switching on the instrument:
1. Prepare the reaction solutions.
2. Insert the reaction tubes into the BLU-V Sample Holder.
3. Place the BLU-V Sample Holder with the sample tubes into the BLU-V System.
Note:
If the BLU-V Incubation Box with the BLU-V Sample Holder has been
used, this holder can be directly transferred into the instrument.
4. Close the protective shield.
CAUTION Damage to the instrument

Never put the sample tubes directly into the holes in the BLU-V
instrument. Always use the BLU-V Sample Holder to put sample tubes
into the instrument.
DE Beschädigung des Gerätes
Sezten Sie nie die Probengefäße direkt in das BLU-V Gerät. Benutzen
Sie immer den Probenhalter (BLU-V sample holder), um die Proben in
das Gerät zu setzen.
FR Déterioration de l’appareil
Ne pas placer les échantillons directement dans emplacements pour
tubes du BLU-V system. Toujours utiliser le support d’échantillon du
BLU-V system prévu à cet effet pour placer les échantillons dans
l’instrument.
