Keypad displays ”Enter zone number 00”. 

 

Enter 2-digit zone number to be bypassed. 

 

Keypad displays “Bypassed zone xx”. 

 

To bypass multiple zones, repeat above steps per zone. 

 

To remove bypass from a zone, repeat the same procedure as to bypass. 

 

All bypassing of zones is automatically removed after the system has been armed, as is then disarmed. 

 

If 4 beeps are heard, this zone may not be bypassed. 

 
 
 

Arming via a remote control 

 

After vacating the premises press the designated button for arming/disarming 

 

The siren will give a single chirp (if selected) 

 

The system is now armed 

 

If no chirp is heard and it has been selected 

the system has not armed.

 

 

Disarming via a remote control 

 

Before entering the  premises press the designated button for arming/disarming 

 

The siren will give a double chirp (if selected) 

 

The system is now disarmed 

 

If the siren gives a triple chirp 

use caution

 the alarm system has activated in your absence. 

 

 

User programmable functions: 

 
The user can program various features from the keypad, which are user friendly and menu driven. 
 
The following options are available to root, super and master users only. 

0.  Add, change or delete 4-digit user pin numbers. 
1.  Display zones and descriptors. 
2.  Enable or disable chime function. 
3.  Edit chime zones. 
4.  Enable or disable a 30 seconds siren delay timer 

when armed “Home”. 

5.  Enable or disable keypad alarm buzzer. 
6.  Set panels date and time. 
7.  Set panels auto arm state and time. 
8.  Set call me number. 
9.  Enrolling codex remote transmitters. 
 

To enter user programming: 

 

Press “Prog” key. 

 

Keypad displays ”Enter user code”. 

 

Enter 4-digit user code. 

 

Keypad displays ”Enter key 0 to 8”      “Home = exit”. 

 

Enter the desired selection from the list above. 

 

To select a different option, press “Prog” key and make a new selection. 

 

To exit the user menu, press “Home” key. 

 

Add or change user pin code: 

 

Enter user programming. 

 

Select 0. 

 

Keypad displays “Enter user codes”  “# to continue”. 

 

Press # key. 

 

Keypad displays “Enter user index”. 

 

Select user index number 01 to 32. 

 

Keypad displays “User code xxxx”.
