Make sure the Turning Shaft is centered and the Footboard Mat is level.

Confirm there is no weight on the Footboard Mat.

Tap the left side of the Footboard Mat with your foot without stepping on, then tap the right side with your other

foot.

If the Q-BOT still cannot enter Balance Mode, check to see if there is an error icon on your SmartKey.

If the Q-BOT still cannot power on, remove the Battery Pack and then reinsert it.

The Q-BOT Is Shaking

Recommended Action:

Check the joints between the Handlebar and the Turning Shaft. If they are loose, tighten them.

Check the joints between the Handlebar and the Quick Release Lock. If they are loose, tighten them.

Check the joints between the Tires and the Wheels. If they are loose, tighten them.

7.5.

The Turning Shaft Slips or Is Off-Centered

Recommended Action:

Step on the Footboard Mat and stand still. If the Q-BOT turns to one side automatically, activate Self-examination

Mode.

Check the Tires and make sure they are not worn. If the Tires appear to be in good condition, activate

Self-examination Mode.

Use your Q-BOT Smartphone App to adjust steering sensitivity.
