GENERAL MAINTENANCE
WARNING:
ALWAYS DISCONNECT THE PLUG FROM THE POWER SUPPLY BEFORE ANY
MAINTENANCE IS STARTED.
1.
WATER FILTER
:
Inspect the water filter. Clean water filter if it is dirty.
2.
NOZZLE CLOGGED
:
A clogged nozzle will cause the operating pressure to be too high. If
this happens turn unit off and unplug portable washer:
1) Unplug power supply, pull trigger on spray nozzle handle to relieve pressure, remove
nozzle from hose.
2) Clean the spray nozzle with the nozzle cleaning tool.( See steps 1&2 below).
3) Flush wand assembly backwards with water or compressed air.
4) If pressure is still too high, repeat steps 1-2.

LUBRICATION:
No lubrication is required for this pump. Silicone grease may be added to
hose connector o-rings if connecting becomes difficult.
WARNING
:
HIGH PRESSURE HOSE, DAMAGED HIGH PRESSURE HOSES CAN BURST
AND CAN CAUSE A POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS SITUATION OR INJURY. HIGH
PRESSURE HOSE SHOULD NOT BE KINKED, CRUSHED, TWISTED, OR DAMAGED IN
ANY WAY. REPLACE THE HIGH PRESSURE HOSE SHOULD THIS OCCUR.
TO CLEAN SPRAY NOZZLE REPLACE FUSE
STEP 1: STEP 2:
Unscrew end of power cord
Disconnect the spray nozzle Clean the nozzle with the tool. Adaptor to remove old fuse.
From the hose by whirling Remove any dirt from the nozzle Discard and replace with
the joint from right to left. and rinse. New fuse.
The way to fold the bucket:
Hold the bucket on, turn the bucket from right to left by the handle,
press it down when turning.(fold the bucket while it as dry as possible.)

o not fill the folding bucket with anything but clear water
