Low Voltage Power components:
J1, FUSE
D1, D2 - 1N5819
IC1 - 7805
C1, C2 - 100nF

Start by installing D1 and D2. Align the white band on the components
with the band marked on the PCB.

Proceed to mount the other components of this step. IC1 can be bent
over to lower the profile of the board, but do not let it actually touch the
PCB.

The PCB should now look like the picture below:
