The warranty benefit applies to the original owner only and cannot be assigned or
transferred to another person.
Pureairor warrantees that one year from the date of purchase, the dehumidifier will operate
free from material or workmanship defects. Pureairor will replace or repair any
malfunctioning components free of charge.
Pureairor warranties that for 3 years, the refrigeration circuit, evaporator, condenser, and
compressor will operate free of workmanship and material defects. Pureairor, at its
discretion, will replace the parts considered to be defective or faulty. But this does not
include refrigerant, transportation, and labor cost.
The customer’s Responsibility
To qualify for the warranty, the customer will need to do the following
Provide maintenance and normal care which is not limited to cleaning the coils, the filters
and the pumps.
Pureairor Warranty Steps:
As soon as you receive the product, you will need to log into www.Pureairor.com and fill the
warranty registration form. You will need to submit the form to us so that we can save and
file it. If you do not send the warranty information, the warranty period will be commenced
when the shipment took place or the day the goods left our warehouse. Ensure to record the
serial number and the date it was installed. This information is vital because it will help us to
process the RA number.
If the warranty service is required, the customer must get in touch with Pureairor Tech
support team. You can do this by contacting support at [email protected]. They will then
issue a Return Authorization (RA).
As soon as the RA is issued, the customer will be required to dispatch the product to a
certified center to have it repaired. We will then arrange so that the unit is shipped to
Pureairor warehouse. This will be done at the expense of customers.
Once the unit has been received either at the warehouse or repair center, Pureairo will
carry out the initial inspection. If the warranty is invalid, the customer will pay for the
cost of repairs and the shipping costs associated with the unit's repair.
The customer may pick the unit after it is dully repaired at their own expense for
shipping. Lastly, we will ensure that the unit is rigorously tested before it is sent to the
customer.
If the unit cannot be repaired or fixed and the warranty claim is valid, we will ship a new
product to the customer within the same year of warranty starting from the date the
replacement took place.
Once the parts are replaced or repaired, the original warranty period will continue to run
until it expires. There will be no extension of the warranty period whatsoever.

Remove and reinstall the unit
If the customer cannot return the unit to a certified repair center, the freight shipment will be
borne by the customer. They will also pay all the duties related to the shipment, including
wrapping, labeling palletizing, and picking up the unit.
If the product is shipped, the risk of damage or loss will be borne by the customer.
