Better viewing alternative
If you select a programme for which a better alternative is available, for example if you select a
programme being shown on a Standard Definition (SD) channel which is also being shown on a
High Definition (HD) channel, the option to view the better alternative channel will be presented.
Press the
OK
button to select the alternative channel.
Viewing programme information
When you change channel, information about the current programme and next programme
being broadcast are displayed on-screen. If the programme is currently being recorded, the
information is displayed with a red background.
After a few seconds, this information will disappear, however, it can be viewed again at any time
by pressing the
Info
button.
Press the button to step through the schedule for the channel. Details of subsequent
programmes will be displayed. Press the button to step back.

To view a description of a programme, press the
Info
button for a second time.
Press the
Exit
button to return to the list of programmes.
If the programme information is displayed when a stored portion of a live television programme
is being reviewed, the progress bar will contain an orange highlight. The highlight indicates how
much of the programme is available for review and your current position.
