4.6 Process Temperature Management
Process Temperature is Crucial to Success
While there are a number of key steps in the hash washing and creation process, ensuring that your
temperatures remain cold throughout is critical to both cannabinoid and terpene preservation. Depending
on your location, geography, building, and many other factors, this may be fairly simple or difficult. We
highly encourage you to invest whatever time and funds are possible to achieve a cold wash environment
as described below for optimal results. This may mean operating in a walk in fridge or adding air
conditioning to your wash room, if possible.
