6. Lantern is now ready to hang. It can be hung by itself, and can
also be hung vertically in multiples, attaching the wire handle
on the top of the bottom lantern to the bottom hook of the
top lantern. (Fig. 3)
7. Take care when hanging in windy conditions. Lanterns are
lightweight and should be anchored with a twist tie or string in
windy conditions.
NOTE:
Prior to use, allow it to charge a full sunny day.

During the day, the solar panel collects sunlight and converts it
into electrical power stored in the rechargeable battery included.
At night, the photosensor built to the solar panel, sensing the
absence of light, turns on the solar light automatically using the
electricity stored during the day. The more sunlight the fixture
gets, the stronger the charge will be and the longer your fixture
will illuminate at night.
HOW SOLAR LIGHT WORKS
●
Ensure the mounting location for your solar light allows the
solar panel to receive a full day of direct sunlight.
●
Do not install in shady areas as this will significantly reduce
performance at night.
●
The Lamp should receive a minimum of 8 hours of sunlight
per day for optimal performance at night.
●
Be sure the location is not near the ambient light from other
light sources during evening hours. These light sources may
affect the photosensor and cause the lamp to turn off.
