Repair and Maintenance
Tools required: Phillips Screwdriver, 8mm wrench, 10mm wrench, 15mm wrench
Rear Wheel Removal/Replacement (continued)
6. Place chain onto chain wheel gear and
install wheel into frame. Pull tensioner away
from the chain and place chain around motor
gear. Hand tighten axle nuts and rotate
wheel to ensure chain is properly aligned.
9. Securely tighten the rear axle nuts and
test brake to ensure proper function prior to
riding.
7. Align and tighten brake arm bolt with a
Phillips screwdriver and 8mm wrench.
8. Retighten brake cable pinch nut with
10mm wrench. Refer to instructions on page
9 for proper adjustment.
WARNING:
Turn the power switch “OFF” before conducting any maintenance procedures.
