If your InfiniTamp
TM
ceases to function during normal use, please contact
your local sales representative service department to arrange a repair or
replacement unit.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
The InfiniTamp
TM
comes with a 1 year OR 200,000 tamp warranty from
the date of purchase, whichever comes first.
The warranty falls in addition to all other rights which the consumer may
have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the
Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund
for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably
foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods
repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the
failure does not amount to a major failure.
In any case when the item is returned under warranty, the manufacturer
or service provider reserve the right to charge a $49 inspection fee if the
automatic tamper does not test to be faulty or if the fault(s) are deemed
to be outside the scope of the manufacturer's warranty (including, but
not only: incorrect use, use outside the manufacturer's guidelines,
accident, authorised repairs, use and upgrades contrary to
manufacturer's instructions.
