6. Operation of Mango
The Mango is the program that searches, detects, shows, and configures the
Encoder/Decoder devices through Ethernet network.
Requirement: Windows computer.
All devices are connected through L2 switch which supports IGMP feature for 1-to-
many connection - one Encoder sends video to many Decoders.
6.1
Construction Structure of Mango and Encoder/Decoder devices
1)
Connect a computer to the Ethernet network to which Encoders (T1, T2 …) and
Decoders (R1, R2 …) are connected.
2)
Run Mango program on the computer.
Note: All devices should be located in the same network of same subnet address.
Mango does not support those devices out of the network - different subnet address.
