Setting Sample Tubes 

Set 2.0ml tubes without caps in row.

Number of Tube Sets needed depends on protocols. Please 
refer to the package insert of the reagent for the details. 
Be sure to put Tubes before setting them in Combo Rack.

Setting Combo (Tube) Rack 

 

Set combo (tube) rack into the instrument. Flat end of the rack in

Instrument operation without correct placement of Tube or 
Combo (Tube) Rack may result instrument malfunction.

If you make purification for small number of samples, 
using lanes in the middle is recommended.
