Equipment installed :
AMC150/M_ + LR150 + EM150 + RC150 + CPP + NSE150 et NSR150
prudhomme S.a thanks you for choosing products from its « System lock » device to equip your installation. Before any activa-
tion, please make then check the following connections
Installing :
- Install the LR150 lock according to the installation instruction provided after you have installed all the electric parts.
- Install the fi xation kit NSE150 (transmitter support) on the roof of the cab, fi x the emitter on its support and adjust the
distance. The transmitter has to be placed at a distance of 30 to 50cm of the receptor
- Install the fi xation kit NSR150 (receptor support) on the guide and fi x the receptor on it. If you have round guides, place
the NSR150 kit directly on the wall then fi x the receptor and its support (sliding rail)
- Place the CPP, the BPA and BRP (Reset) next to the AMC150 in the machinery.
Connecting :

- Unplug the connectors “x1” and “x2” if they were unplugged.
- Connect the bolts with each other (a 4.50 meter extension is provided or 9 meters if you have doble fl oor or even
and odd lifts).
- Connect each receptor to its respective bolt.
- From your controller , put a retiring cam signal (info cam) into the AMC (contact NO or NIF on the F input ).
- From the roof of the cab, put an inspection signal into the AMC150 (NO contact on the P input).
- Connect the control chain of the AMC (output L) in series in the controller after the locking.
- Connect the locks (power supply) to the available connector ( K output) in the AMC150.
- Connect the 2 fl at wire cables of the transmitter.
- Plug the connector back “x2” then the connector “x1” (220ac).
In machine-room
Activating
When releasing the power, the AMC will bip. That is normal, it is initialising. The leds LD1 (mains), LD2 (battery charger)
and LD3 (24v battery) are on.
- The bolts LR150 are blocked. It is therefore impossible to unlock with the triangular key.
Functioning :
When power on, the receiver is supplied by the bolt LR150 installed in the shaft. After a landing call, the lift arrive at fl oor
and the information retiring cam «info came» is done and supply the sender. That announce to the receiver the cabin arrive
at stage and the receiver authorize the unlocking of the bolt.
- Functioning of the backup system (batteries)
During a power cut, the system automatically goes on emergency functioning (batteries). The box AMC150 will bip every
15 seconds to signal that the installation is in emergency functioning. The spare batteries have an autonomy of two hours
minimum, therefore the installation can continue to work after a power cut during two hours. The batteries can be solicited
up to 24v. Under that 24V limit the box will make a bip to signal that the batteries are low.
During an intervention on the installation
- For an intervention under 30 min, push the CPP button.
This action will enable you to unlock the anti-locking module of the installation. If you want to reactivate the system before
the end of the 30 min, push the “RESET” button that is in the box or the “BPR” option button.(if you connected it).
- For an over 30 min intervention, shift to “inspection mode” after making a connection as described (in point 3). In that
case the system will remain unlocked during the whole inspection.
- At the end of your intervention, shift to “regular mode” to reactivate the system.
- At the shifting to “normal mode”, you have 45 seconds to shut the landing door. Then the system will reactivate automa-
tically.
Your feeding module AMC150/M is supplied prewired with the fi re alarm “CPP” button (entry
V) and the “BPR” reset button (entry W). Before activating contact, please fasten the other
elements as shown on the diagram.
Knowing that for our transmitter and ASF, we work in low voltage, we recommend to separate the
high powered electric circuits from the low powered electric circuits in order to avoid interferences
