•
The training must not be performed as explosive strength training. The training shall be
performed at a steady moderate speed to avoid pressure peaks in the training system and on
the exerciser.
•
The intensity should be chosen to be emphatically light at the beginning of the training. The
load is then gradually increased to avoid overloading, which can lead to problems and pain for
clients.
•
Improper or excessive training on the compass®210 equipment may result in damage to health.

Exercise instructions
The positioning of the clients must always be done with the greatest possible care, because the quality
and effectiveness of the exercise execution depend to a large extent on a correct starting position. Most
machines are used in a seated or semi-standing position. The back, especially the lumbar spine, should
be stabilized as much as possible during the exercise. The equipment axes and pivot points must be
adjusted as closely as possible to the movement axes of the respective joints in order to avoid the
occurrence of compression and shear forces. The resistance should be selected in such a way that the
client/user can perform the training without compensatory movements. The load is changed by means
of rotary wheels attached to the resistance system.
