PROWINCH LLC® has no direct control over the use of this
equipment and its operation. In accordance with good
practice and safety is the responsibility of the owner, the
operator and operational staff to follow these rules.
ASME B30.7-2011 has been used as a guide to prepare this
list of what should and should not be done. All personnel
must be properly trained and accredited in the use of this
equipment.
3. SAFETY HANDLING PRECAUTIONS
When using IWRC wire, wear leather gloves, to eliminate or reduce the possibility of cuts caused by broken strands. Inspect the
wire rope and equipment frequently. The wire rope must be replaced immediately if signs of wear, kinks, rust, broken strands
or any other signs of deterioration.
