4.3 VD Extension
To extend VD size, please follow the procedures.
1.
Select
“/ Volume configuration / Virtual disk”
.
2.
Move the mouse pointer to the gray button next to the VD number; click
“Extend”
.
3.
Change the size. The size must be larger than the original, and then click
“
” to start extension.
4.
Extension starts. If VD needs initialization, it will display
“Initiating”
in
“Status”
and the completed percentage of initialization in
“R%”
column.
NOTE: The size of VD extension must be larger than original.
IMPORTANT! VD Extension cannot be executed during rebuild or
migration.
