Exhaustion of dry materials
CAUTION!
It is forbidden to exhaust in À ammable
materials!
After the exhaustion of the liquids the ¿ lter is
wet and gets clogged more quickly when ex-
hausting dry materials. Therefore, it is nec-
essary to wash the ¿ lter and to dry it or to
replace it with a dry one before proceeding to
the dry exhaustion. Before exhaustion of dry
materials insert a ¿ ltration bag into the ves-
sel. In such a case, the exhausted material
can be liquidated simply and hygienically.
Replacement of the ¿ ltration bag
Open the closing clamps. Dismount the up-
per section of the vacuum cleaner. Remove
the neck of the ¿ ltration bag from the ori ¿ ce
for mounting the hose carefully. Close the
¿ ltration bag and liquidate it in compliance
with the legal regulations. Introduce a new
¿ ltration bag into the vessel according to the
Manual. Press the neck of the ¿ ltration bag
upon the ori ¿ ce for the hose with force.
6.3 Filter Cleaning ( ¿ gure [4])
CAUTION!
Only for vacuum cleaning without a cloth
insert ¿ lter.
Bring the switch in the position “I”.
With the palm of your hand, close the ori
¿ ce
of the suction nozzle or the suction hose.
Press the button for cleaning the ¿ lter [1-8]
three times. The air À ow will clean the la-
mellas of the ¿ lter from the dust accumu-
lated before.
Replacement of the ¿ lter ( ¿ gure [5])
Dismount the upper section of the vacuum
cleaner from the waste vessel and lay it
with the ¿ lter upside.
Turn the ¿ lter basket anticlockwise and dis-
mount it. Remove the old ¿ lter carefully and
replace it with a new one. Mount the ¿ lter
basket back to its place and lock it in its
position turning it in the clockwise direction.
Liquidate the used ¿ lter in compliance with
the legal regulations.
CAUTION!
Never exhaust without a mounted ¿ lter!
Emptying The Waste Vessel
If you are going to exhaust without the ¿ l-
tration bag, dismount the upper section of
the vacuum cleaner from the waste vessel.
Grip the bottom of the vessel with one hand
and empty the exhausted waste.
Liquidate the exhausted substance in com-
pliance with the legal regulations.
Before mounting the upper section of the
vacuum cleaner back to its place clean the
rim of the vessel.
8 Maintenance
Switch the vacuum cleaner off and discon-
nect it from the mains. Roll up the lead-in
cable. Empty the waste vessel and clean
the vacuum cleaner.
After exhausting liquids, leave the upper
section of the vacuum cleaner aside so that
the ¿ lter may dry.
Store the vacuum cleaner in a dry room and
ensure it against unauthorized use.
