If the product malfunction occurs, please contact customer service center.
We notice the compensation within 7 days, and compensate the fault product within
14 days after you requested.
If repair is performed free of charge within the warranty period, you can use a refur-
bished parts* with the same performance or quality equivalent like the new parts or
new parts in accordance with the consumer dispute resolution standard.
* Refurbished parts means enhanced parts that have been recovered from existing product and have
improved performance and quality accomplishment to new parts through a regular process.
