Do not dispose device near fire, hazardous or flammable waste.
Dispose urine stick, stick holder and waste tray as biohazardous waste.
Dispose according to local requirements when disposing of the product.
Used test stick should be disposed according to the safety regulations
applicable at your facility.
Do not attempt to disassemble, alter or repair the product at user’s option.

Warranty
The warranty period for this product is 12 months from the date of pur-
chase.
However, the warranty period of the battery is 6 months from the date
of purchase.
If problem occurs due to defects in the product during normal use,
the company will repair it free of charge within the warranty period.
Fill out the warranty form and keep it.
Present a warranty card if you need to repair.
Costs are charged when the warranty is lost.
The warranty is not reissued.
