Reassemble Compression Ring

REASSEMBLE COMPRESSION RING
Place new or existing compression ring
over top of motor such that cut outs in
ring are aligned with motor brushes.
1.
Replace three of the screws which attach the ring to the
motor. Leave out a screw which is not under a wire clamp
(where the BCM was attached).
2.
Re-attach PC board in remaining
hole on compression ring.
3.
Reconnect remaining motor wire to “MTR+”
on BCM.
5.
Reconnect thermal switch’s other wire
to “MOTOR” on BCM.
4.
If all changes are complete:
