If you have another accurate source of heading data on your vessel, such as a
gyrocompass, you may use its data to correct for a bias in V200n alignment
within the V200n software configuration.
Alternatively, you can physically adjust the heading of the V200n so that it
renders the correct heading measurement or add a software offset.

Before mounting the V200n, consider the following regarding NMEA
2000 cable routing:

Keep cable away from corrosive
chemicals
Run cables through a door or
window jams
Connect to a data storage device,
computer, or other device that
accepts GNSS data
Crimp or excessively bend the
cable
Keep cable away from rotating
machinery
Place tension on the cable
Remove unwanted slack from the
cable at the V200n end
Secure along the cable route using
plastic wrapping
Improperly installed cable near machinery can be dangerous.
