all system parameters are within the permissible range - see
"Technical data", "Assembly and installation" and "Safety”
chapters,

all safety equipment is fitted and working correctly,
n
all safety signs have been fixed in place,

the supply of compressed air or oxygen complies with the regu‐
lations.
The ozone generation system can then be activated. To do so,
ensure that
n
The automatic circuit breakers are ready.
1.
Switch on the system's master switch (19).
ð
This wakes up the system in "Stop" operating status -
Chapter 10.6.5 ‘"Stop" operating status’ on page 58.
2.
Ensure that the blue edged field for ozone on the touch panel
displays "0%". Adjust the ozone control variable, as neces‐
sary, to 0%. In this setting, the high voltage generator is disa‐
bled and no ozone is generated.
3.
Start the system with the
[START] key. The system adopts
the operating status "Start without ozone generation" -

The control device (70) opens the solenoid valves of the
gas inlet (23), ozone outlet diaphragm valve (5) and the
solenoid valve of the cooling water inlet valve (40).
4.
Adjust the cooling water nominal flow rate with the angle
Chapter 9.3 ‘Adjusting the cooling water flow’
CAUTION!
It is essential that the specified cooling water flows
are adhered to.
5.
Observe both safety instructions.
6.
Set the desired system priming pressure -
