7.4.2 Ozone gas system
WARNING!
– The pipework connecting the ozone outlet of
the OZONFILT
®
OZVb 1-4 to the point of injec‐
tion in the mixing equipment should be made of
stainless steel or PTFE hose.
– Ensure that the pipework is free from dust, dirt,
other foreign particles, oil and grease.
WARNING!
– Ensure when laying the pipework that the pipe
sections are as short as possible and that no
tensile stresses or bending stresses are pro‐
duced.
– Have an expert perform a leak test on the fin‐
ished pipework.
WARNING!
Please observe all locally applicable
– Laws
– Health and safety regulations
– Environmental regulations
The "Technical data" chapter includes information on connections
and pressure ranges. Chapter 7.3.1 "Mixing modules" provides
information on installation.
The dimensional drawing of the OZVb system shows the position
of the inlet connection for ozone on the OZONFILT
®
OZVb.
7.4.3 Cooling water system
The supply hose can be connected to the cooling water inlet
and cooling water outlet with a pipe fitting.
CAUTION!
If the cooling water supply is susceptible to signifi‐
cant fluctuations in pressure or if it is contami‐
nated, a filter release valve is needed upstream of
the cooling water inlet.
The "Technical data" chapter includes information on the cooling
water quality required.
The dimensional drawing of the OZONFILT
®
OZVb system shows
the position of the inlet and outlet connectors for refrigerant - see
Appendix.
7.4.4 Air conditioning system (air conditioning unit, optional)
Ensure that the are adequate gaps when setting up the system -
refer to the operating instructions for the air-conditioning unit.
