3. Make the electrical connections as shown below. Connect HOT and NEUTRAL to terminals 5 & 4 respectively.
Connect a pair of control wires to the control card terminals marked 6 (COM) and 7 (+IN). The positive wire MUST
connect to terminal 7, otherwise the controller will not function. Optionally, a pair of wires may be connected to terminals
11 (COM) and 12 (+OUT) for remote position indication. Terminals A-F are for the (adjustable) aux switches.
Do NOT apply power at this time.
Connections and Settings-
This actuator has been factory calibrated to operate between 0
0
and 90
0
. Most quarter-turn products will not require
recalibration of these settings. Actuator is shipped in the fully CW position. Driving OPEN will rotate the actuator
CCW (as viewed from above). If no adjustments are necessary, proceed to page 5 “Application Notes”. Otherwise,
proceed to step 5 for the recalibration procedure.

2. Remove the four screws from the BOTTOM
of the enclosure casting to facilitate the
removal of the cover and spacer casting. This
will allow easier access to the control wiring
and cam adjustments as needed.
1. The actuator is shipped from the factory in
its fully CLOSED position. This can be verifi ed
by viewing the indicator on the TOP of the
actuator. Red is CLOSED, Yellow is OPEN.
