ASSEMBLY

Assembly requires two people.

Set the treadmill in a cleared area and remove all packing materials. Do not

dispose of the packing materials until assembly is completed.

Assembly requires a rubber mallet

and a phillips screwdriver                           (not included).

Note: The underside of the treadmill walking belt is coated with high-performance lubricant. During shipping, a
small amount of lubricant may be transferred to the top of the walking belt or the shipping carton. This is a normal
condition and does not affect treadmill performance. If there is lubricant on top of the walking belt, simply wipe off
the lubricant with a soft cloth and a mild, non-abrasive cleaner.

1. With the help of a second person, carefully raise the

Uprights (114) until the treadmill is in the position shown.

4.

Make sure that all parts of the treadmill are tightened before you use the treadmill.

Keep the included

allen wrench in a secure place. The allen wrench is used to adjust the walking belt (see page 15). To protect
the floor or carpet from damage, place a mat under the treadmill.

(72) on the treadmill. If there is a space between the

right

Rear Foot and the floor, follow the instructions below.

Hold the treadmill firmly with both hands, and raise the
treadmill to the storage position as described on page 12.

Using a phillips screwdriver, remove the Screw (71) and the
Rear Foot (72) from each side of the treadmill. Remove the
Rear Foot Spacer (127) from the left Rear Foot and snap it
onto the right Rear Foot. Reattach both Rear Feet.

Hold the treadmill firmly with both hands, and lower the
treadmill as described on page 13.
