Certificate of Guarantee
The Manufacturer provides a guarantee for the design, used material,
workmanship and function of the delivered towing gear for the period of twelve
(12) months from the date of sales. The rejection of the product shall be
enforced by the user at the seller within the specified period. Justification of the
rejection shall be assessed by the seller together with a representative of the
Manufacturer in compliance with applicable regulations. The validity of the
Guarantee is conditioned by the fact that the towing gear has been only used for
the purposes it is intended for.
The Guarantee does not cover any losses incurred due to lack of care,
overloading and/or unqualified use and any damages caused by natural effects.
The Guarantee shall also become void if the towing gear has been damaged by
an accident (with the exception of an accident caused by the towing gear itself)
or any interventions in its mechanism or modifications made outside the
workshops of the manufacturing plants.
Type Certification
The Manufacturer verifies that the towing gear has been manufactured pursuant
to the approved documentation and complies with the type approved by the
homologation
