V. INSTALLATION
PREW unit has been designed for flush wall mounting purposes and is
supplied with the appropriate box. PREW preamplifier is not 230 Vca
power supplied but 12 Vac or 24 Vdc 0,5A power supplied throughout
external sources and thanks to the appropriate Unit power supply inputs

In case of traditional microphone use – Dynamic or Electret- Set the
Jumper sensibility (fig.2 ref.15, ref.16) High configuration:

In case of Dynamic or Electret microphone use and particular high level
signal in output, set the jumper sensibility (fig.2 ref.15, ref.16) on Low
configuration.

The automatic Squelch activation (fig.2 ref.17), Jumper set on position ON
reduces the back ground noise effects when the unit is not under use.
