For best results,
fill Crock or Double Dish Vessels at
least half full, but no more than 1 inch (2.5 cm) from
rim. If only half-filled, check for doneness 1 to 2 hours
earlier than recipe time.
Before first use:
Wash Crock, Vessels, and Lid in hot,
soapy water. Rinse and dry.
