BRACKETS
Check brackets (1) for mobility, abrasion.
Clean tooth and brackets and check for abrasion.
Renew worn or bent brackets.
Worn (no longer sharp-edged) or bent brackets
must
be replaced!
●
Remove hexagon nut (2) including screws.
●
Check position of distance bush (3) beachten.
●
Tighten hexagon nut (4) including screws.
●
Brackets must be mobile.
Loosen possibly tightened hexagon nuts and
screws (2)
BRACKET HOLDERS
Check bracket holder (1) and socket pin (2) for damage
and deformation.
Exchange damaged or bent parts.
●
Remove the locking pin from the socket pin (2),
then pull out the socket pin (2).
●
Remove the hexagon nut (3) inclusive the screws.
●
Exchange the bracket holder (1) and install the
new bracket holder in reverse order. Grease
socket pin (2).
SIDE PARTS
Check side parts (1) of damage and bent.
Exchange damaged or bent side and remove bent side
parts parts and adjust them with hydraulic press.
●
Remove bracket holder (3) including bracket.
●
Remove hexagon nut (2) including screws
●
Replace side part (1) and/or adjust and insert it
again.
●
Loosen possibly tightened hexagon nuts and
screws (2).
