OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS

Read Before Operating

1.  Be sure to operate with safe ground wire!!!

2.  Check the voltage before using it. The correct voltage is 110-120v.

3.  Turn off the machine when not in use.

4.  Grasp the handle firmly when opening.

5.  Keep children away from the machine.

6.  Do not attempt to press products that are not intended for normal heat transfer use. 

Operation Procedures

1.  Plug in unit to grounded outlet and turn on the power switch. The lights will illuminate.

2.  Adjust the temperature by pressing the set button. Use arrows to choose desired 

  temperature. Press the set button again.

3.  Allow 20-30 minutes for machine to heat to set temperature.

4.  Adjust the timer by pressing the set button. Use arrows to choose desired time duration. 

  Press the set button again.

5.  Place the sublimation paper onto mug (please note that the image side should be facing 

  the mug). The sublimation paper should be placed firmly onto the mug in order to have a 

  successful application; thermal tape can be used. 

6.  Place the mug into the cylinder, pull the handle down to adjust pressure,  and press the 

  green start button.You will hear a tone when the time is up. Lift  the handle and remove 

  printed mug. 

Adjustmentments

•   Pressure: Adjust the tip of Pressure handle (5) to increase or decrease the pressure.

•  Time: Adjust the Timer Controller button to proper time.

•  Temperature: Adjust the temperature button to proper temperature.

•   Note: This machine uses a 2 in 1 temperature time controller.

Suggestions

1.  Turn off the machine for 2 minutes after 60 minutes of operation to continue working.

Troubleshooting

1.  Weak color after applying to mug usually means that the applied time is too short.

2.   Picture is faint usually means that the time was too long and caused the ink to diffuse.

3.   Part of the color is weak for the finished product usually means that the pressure is not 

  enough or the sublimation coating is not adequate. Increase the pressure or change mug. 

4.  If the mug does not fit it is too big or too small. Change the cylinder.
