INSTALLING A
NEW BLADE
WARNING: To prevent an accident or
personal injury, always turn off the
trigger switch and disconnect from
the power source before removing
or installing the blade.
1. Pull up the height lever (A),
and open the base (B).
See Figure 1.
2. Remove the M6 hex
wrench (B). See Figure 2.
3. Push the safety lever to fix the
motor shaft in place. Use the
hex wrench to loosen the shaft
screw (turn counterclockwise)
and take out the shaft screw
and flange. See Figure 3.
4. Pull open the blade guard (A)
and check the inner flange.
Align the blade hole (B) and
make sure the blade kerf is
correct. See Figure 4.
