8.1 Monitoring an audio source
To monitor an audio source using either MONITOR 1 or MONITOR 2:

Press either
<PGM>
,
<PST>
, or
<AUX>
for monitoring a source, or
press
<TX>
for return monitoring.

If the audio for a different source is to be monitored on the selected
bus, press a different source button.
Caution: Pressing a PGM button changes the programme on-air.

Adjust the volume of the monitor output by using the level control
and/or the
<CUT>
or
<DIM>
buttons.
Turning the control clockwise increases volume.
Pressing
<CUT>
cuts the volume completely and lights the button.
Pressing it again brings it back at full volume, as set by the
control.
Pressing
<DIM>
lowers the volume and lights the button. Pressing
it again brings it back at full volume, as set by the control
Note:
If the buttons are configured to be cut left and cut right
then when
<CUT>
is lit, the left is cut and when
<DIM>
is lit the
right is cut. These act independently and one or both can be on/off
at any time.
