Once you have registered you can make a claim to have your Pro-4 Tactical item replaced. In order to do this,
you will need to send in the following:
Proof of Purchase (store receipt); your contact information; a description of the
problem; your non-working product.
NOTE:
You MUST register your product before requesting service. Registration must take place within 2 weeks
of purchase.
You may also complete and send with the above items (within 2 weeks of purchase). If you do not have a store
receipt, please indicate where and when you purchased your product.
