Energy saving

For optimum results, observe the following advice:

Use pots and pans whose bottom diameter is equal to that of the cooking
zone.

Only use flat-bottomed pots and pans.

If possible, keep pot lids on when cooking.

Cook vegetables, potatoes, etc. with little water in order to cut down
cooking time.

Use a pressure cooker to to save even more energy and time.

Make sure you place the pot or pan in the centre of the cooking zone
outlined on the hob.
