STAINLESS STEEL COOKWARE

QUICK GUIDE

AND CARE & USE

Use Correct Burner Size

Classic Encapsulated Construction

Use a burner that is

SMALLER

 than or the same

size as the bottom of your pot. For gas stoves,

make sure

fl

ames

NEVER

 extend up the

sides of cookware.

18/10 stainless steel body and a three-layer

encapsulated base with 5mm of aluminum,

sandwiched between the body and a magnetic

stainless steel base cap for even heat distribution

at the base of your cookware.

Adding Salt

Add salt

ONLY

 after water has boiled or

food has reached cooking temperature.

Adding it beforehand may cause permanent

white spots and pits on cookware surface.

Clean Thoroughly

Before

fi

rst use, wash in a solution of warm

soapy water and vinegar. Rinse and dry with

a soft cloth. Cookware is also dishwasher safe.
Use a non-scratch sponge to remove stuck-on

foods and our cleaners to remove

discolorations or spots.

Never Use High Heat

Your cookware features an energy-ef

fi

cient

construction that spreads heat evenly and quickly

at

MEDIUM & LOW

 heat settings. Using high

heat can cause foods to burn and may

damage your cookware.

Tri-Ply Construction

Three-layer body construction with an

18/10 stainless steel interior and an aluminum
core sandwiched between the interior and the

magnetic stainless steel exterior for precise

heat distribution through the surface of

your cookware.

Do Not Store Food

FOR LARGE COOKWARE

Your cookware is not designed for storing

foods in the refrigerator. Storing foods in

cookware may cause staining or pitting.

Make sure to refer to your stove’s manual or

contact manufacturer to learn if your stove has

any weight or size limitations before cooking.
