PROGRAM SAVING
This button works only when the programming switch is on. Long press (2s) of the button
leads to saving of actual values into actual program, so these values are used at every
next start of the machine. If you do not save the values by pressing this button, then the
previous values will be read at next start of the machine. While you save values, there is
displayed „- - -“ for 2s.
FOLLOWING BUTTONS ARE USED ONLY ON IRONER WITH FRONT/REAR DELIVERY WITH FOLDER
Machine enables folding in two modes – folding according to required number of folds and folding according
to required width of fold. Active is that regime, the parameter of which has nonzero value. Setting of one
parameter resets the second parameter at the same time. E. G. you select the mode of folding according to
required number of folds, number of folds is set on 6. Now, if you set the fold width on any nonzero value,
number of folds is set automatically to 0 and the machine is switched over to mode with folding according to
required width of fold.
If both parameters are 0, folding is not executed at all.
NUMBER OF FOLDS
If the width of fold is set to 0 cm and the number of folds has nonzero value, the machine
is switched automatically to mode of folding according to required number of folds. In this
case the width of fold is calculated automatically according to measured length of previous
linen. This mode is convenient e.g. for folding of tablecloths, because it ensures that the
middle fold is in the middle of the tablecloth. As the number of folds you must input in how
many parts the linen should be folded, not number of actual folds of linen, fig. 3.1.A – folding
in quarters, it means 4 parts, not 3 folds.
After the button activation, there is displayed the set
number of folds. Long press of the button (2s) activates
mode of editing of required value:
– Setting of number >0 activates mode „folding according
to required number of folds“
– Sequence of setting is: 0-auto-2-3-…-10-0-auto-2…
– Selection of „auto“ („A“) means, that the machine itself
determines needed number of folds, so that the width
of folded linen is close to the value 35 cm.
WARNING:
MODE OF FOLDING TO CONSTANT NUMBER OF FOLDS IS CONVENIENT ONLY FOR FOLDING OF
SHEETS WITH IDENTICAL SIZE, BECAUSE THE LINEN IS ALWAYS FOLDED ACCORDING TO
MEASURED LENGTH OF PREVIOUS LINEN. IF THERE ARE SHEETS OF DIFFERENT SIZE IN ONE
BATCH, THEN EVERY SHEET WILL BE FOLDED TO DIFFERENT WIDTH AND THEREFORE IT´S MORE
CONVENIENT TO USE THE MODE OF FOLDING TO CONSTANT WIDTH OF FOLD.
WIDTH OF FOLD
If nonzero width of fold is set, the machine will switch automatically to the mode of folding
to preset width of fold. Regardless the total length of linen, the folding to constant width
of fold X (e.g. 35 cm) is executed. This mode is convenient e.g. for folding of bed linen.
– Setting of the fold width >0 activates the mode „folding to constant width of fold“
– The width can be 28÷40 cm, step 1 cm, step down from 28 cm is 0 cm (no folding)

FOLDING YES/NO
The button switches on and off the folding function, it means it is possible to switch off
the folding also at program with preset folding. LED at the button indicates, that the
folding is ON.
