Make sure that the covers of the ironing table and its buck(s) remain clean.
Wash the blue polyester fabric and the blue foam underneath, once a week in the washing
machine (30-40
o
C).
In case you use felt molletone instead of blue foam, do not put it in the washing machine,
but wash by hand. Replace the covers and foam once they are worn out in order to keep
your high suction performance.
Clean the dust of the fan wheel/impeller (nr 2) at least 2-3 times per year.
Periodically clean and grease the bearings of the swivel arm and its buck(s).
Periodically clean the internal parts of the machine as well as the electronic circuit by using a
compressed air gun.
CAUTION!
Before doing any maintenance work, please disconnect the Ironing Table from the
power supply!
The vacuum does not function properly
-Check if there is power supply 230V/1phase.
-Check if the power feeding cable (no 5) is for some reason cut off.
-Check the fuse (nr 7)
-
Check if the suction’s button pedal (nr 21) is faulty: Replace it.
-Check if the motor (nr 1) is for some reason damaged.
The heating of the working surface is not activated.
-Check if the safety thermostat (nr 11) is faulty: Replace it
-Check if the thermostat (nr 10) is faulty. Replace it.
-Check if the heating element (nr 9) is burned out. Replace it.
-Check the fuse (nr 7) on the panel.
The heating of the ironing buck is not activated.
-Check the buck’s cable and plug.
-Check the switch (nr 8) which indicates the buck’s heating on the panel.
-Check the heating element of the ironing buck.
The motor functions loudly.
-Check if the ball bearings of the motor are faulty. Replace them.
-Check the impeller to be sure that there is no dust which could cause the vibration.
