General
This product from Primepower is a high efficient, intelligent and very compact DC/DC charger with the latest switch
mode technology in power conversion. Suitable for all DC applications where a secured and stable 27,2 VDC voltage
is needed. The internal electronics controls input and output current and is both overload and short circuit
protected.
All electronics are potted with polyurethane which makes the unit completely waterproof and very shock resistant.
The unit has no LED indications on the outside of the unit for black-out purpose as well as no ON/OFF function
button. An external LED can be connected for Power ON indication.
As the unit acts like a stable power supply, the voltage will always be stable at 27,2V as long as the input voltage is
between 18-32VDC and the unit will always be able to provide the specified current.
Installation
Check that the correct input voltage range and output voltage range matches the installation and the parameters
mentioned on the DC/DC. The DC/DC enclosure is IP67, the internal electronics has a protective layer of lacquer. This
brings the DC/DC suitable for indoor mounting, outdoor mounting in vehicles, in boats or built into the current
machine.
