Any technical interventions on the product for the elimination of the
aforementioned defects and consequent damages, must be agreed with the
Technical Assistance Center, which reserves the right to accept or refuse
the relevant assignment and in any case will not be carried out as a
guarantee, but technical assistance to be provided under the conditions
possibly and specifically agreed and according to the rates in force for the
work to be carried out.
The user will also be charged for the costs that may become necessary to
remedy his incorrect technical interventions, tampering or, in any case,
factors harmful to the device that cannot be attributed to original defects.
Without prejudice to the limits imposed by laws or regulations, any
guarantee of containment of air and noise pollution is also excluded.
The company declines all responsibility for any damage that may, directly or
indirectly, derive to people, animals or things as a result of failure to comply
with all the provisions indicated in the manual and concerning, especially
the warnings regarding installation, use and maintenance of the ' device.
Responsibility
The staff of the manufacturer intervenes by way of technical assistance to
the user. However, the installer remains responsible for the installation and
must comply with the technical prescriptions contained in this certificate as
well as the current regulations.
This is the only valid guarantee certificate. No one is authorized to modify
the terms or to issue other written document verbal declarations.
