IV.
Solid Tyre
1.
Turn off power to the joystick.
2.
Ensure the unit is in drive mode.
3.
Prop up the side of the unit being serviced.
Tools Required:
- Imperial and Metric Socket Set
- Calibrated Torque Spanner/Wrench
- Phillips Screwdriver
4.
Remove the drive wheel.
See Section III.
5.
Remove the 4 nuts that secure the wheel to the hub.
6.
Remove and replace the solid tyre.
7.
Re-assemble the rim with the solid tyre with the nuts retained from step 5.
8.
Replace the drive wheel back onto the motor.
See Section III.
Torque the 4 nuts to
30 N • m (21.7 ft • lb)
and the
main nut to
28.5 N • m (21 ft • lb).
***Make sure the Axle Key is inserted back into the motor shaft.***
