Monitor
•
At the first sign of a symptom, place the back of the
monitor evenly on a bare area of your chest, in the
center of the sternum, and hold against skin firmly.
Make sure all four built-in electrodes make contact
with the skin.
•
Press the
RECORD
button for
two seconds until
an audible sound is heard, then release
. A
proper connection will be indicated by an audible
heartbeat rhythm during recording.
•
Hold as still as possible during the recording but
continue breathing normally.
•
A phone ring indicates the recording is complete.
You can remove the monitor from chest.
