1. Place the wine opener in the charging base,
ensuring that the metal charge contacts are aligned.
2. Plug the charging base into a power source using
the included USB charging cable.
3. The LED charge indicator will flash repeatedly to
show the wine opener is charging.
4. All 4 LED lights will stay on (with no blinking) when
the wine opener is fully charged.
Troubleshooting
If the wine opener stops in the process of uncorking
or the cork becomes stuck inside the wine opener
body:
1. Connect the wine opener to the power adapter and
wait until charging is complete. This will ensure that
the wine opener provide maximal torque moment.
2. Turn the bottle with wine opener upside down, or
only the wine opener if the cork is stuck inside and
press the Reset button twice – one short press and
then one long press.
3. When you try to open the bottle again, please
make sure that the wine opener is set strictly
vertically on the bottle neck and located in the
centre of the cork.
If the above operations are all correct and the wine
opener still does not work, please contact the
authorised service centre.
