17� If you notice an abnormality in the AC power adapter, disconnect it from the
wall outlet immediately�
18� The set is not disconnected from the AC power source as long as it is
connected to the wall outlet, even if the set itself has been turned off�
19� Protect the power cord from being walked on or pinched, particularly at
plugs, convenience receptacles, and the point where they exit from the
device�
20� If the surface of the equipment cracks, do not touch the equipment until
you unplug the AC power cord, otherwise electric shock may result�
21� Only use attachments/accessories specifi ed by the manufacturer.
22� Unplug this device during lightning storms or when unused for long periods
of time�
23� Refer all servicing to qualifi ed service personnel. Servicing is required
when the device has been damaged in any way, such as power-supply
cord or plug is damaged, liquid has been spilled or objects have fallen
into the device, the device has been exposed to rain or moisture, does not
operate normally, or has been dropped�

AC power cord and other cables
If you damage the AC power cord or other cables, it may result in a fi re or an
electric shock� If the AC power cord or any other cables is damaged, stop using it
at once and contact the service center�
