4. Initial or Repeated Operation

Filling of the Grease Gun

Attention!
Do not disassemble the grease gun unless having released the pressure before.
Before disconnecting the grease gun head from the grease gun tube release the pressure
utilizing the ventilation valve on the manual air supply pump, to ensure, that the grease gun
tube is pressure-less.
Check whether an empty cartridge with the required rubber plunger
(in start position) is inserted in the grease gun tube.
Connect the filling nipple of the grease gun with the filling adapter of
the grease gun filling pump and keep it with slight counter-pressure.
Fill the grease gun operating the filling pump.
Utilize the ventilation valve on the manual air supply pump before
and during every filling process.
