Papaya Tropical Smoothie
Papayas stand in for bananas and mangoes in terms of making a smoothie creamy. Plus, these
tropical fruits are high in vitamins C and A.
Use either 1 cup of coconut water or ½ cup water plus ½ cup coconut milk.
Ingredients:
1 papaya
1 cup blueberries
1 banana
1 cup coconut water
Instructions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend at high speed until smooth and creamy.

Berry Smoothie with Oats
Ingredients:
1 cup blueberries
1 cup raspberries
1 banana
½ cup raw oats
Instructions:
