Finish the Weight Stack Tower

2 M10 x 125 mm BHCS
2 washers, 11 mm
Tool: Hex wrench, 6 mm
Remove the guide rod fasteners installed in
step 3
of the
Frame Assembly.

2 guide rods
1 weight stack spacer, 3-inch
Align the weight stack spacer over the holes on the base of the tower. Insert two
weight guide rods and lean outwards about 6 inches (15 cm), enough clearance
for the weights. Flat side of weight stack spacer should face user side.

2 bumpers
15 10 lb (4.5 kg) weight plates
1 top plate assembly
Slide one bumper on to each rod. Place the weight plates on the rods. Ensure the
side with three holes face the user side and single hole to the back. Place the top
plate over the weight plates. The plates and top plate should align flush on the
user side.
