TRAINING AND EXERCISING

CAUTION

physician to learn the target heart rate appropriate for your fitness level.

Start a workout

Step 1: Step through the bike and sit down.

Step 2: Place the balls of your feet on the pedals. Adjust the

seat position using the lever, then strap your feet to the

pedals.

Step 3: Begin pedaling. Press QuickStart (on screen for

touchscreen consoles) or choose a preset workout, then press

OK.

Step 4: Place your hands on the riding handlebars and begin

pedaling. 

Step 5: Maintain a consistent speed (60 to 90 RPM) for optimal

performance.

Step 6: Use the motion control to adjust the resistance level.

Step 7: Press Pause to finish. To safely dismount, hold the

upper handle bars and stop pedaling. Place your feet on the

floor and carefully step out of the bike.
