4.
Set the on/off switch in the “on” position. Enter the diagnostics routine per Procedure 2.1
and proceed to the
LIFT A/D TEST
portion of the procedure.
5.
Operate the

keys as required to set the lift calibration
A/D number to 129.
6.
Rotate the plastic lift nut on the lift motor drive screw until the distance from the upper
surface of the plastic lift nut to the end of the drive shaft is 6 -5/8”. If the lift motor drive screw
is allowed to rotate the lift calibration number will no longer be 129. The lift calibration
number must be 129 and the distance measurement must be correct for the lift calibration to
be correct. See Diagram 5.5.
7.
Set the on/off switch in the “off” position. Do not exit the diagnostic program in the normal
manner. Exiting the diagnostic program will cause the lift to self center and invalidate the lift
calibration just performed.
8.
Raise the ramp and position it so that the ramp mounting holes align with the holes in the
plastic lift nut. If it is necessary to rotate the lift nut to align it with the ramp, do not rotate it
any more than is required for alignment. Slide both lift pins through the ramp mounting holes
and into the plastic lift nut. Fasten both lift pins with the retaining cli[ps removed in step 3.
9.
Set the on/off switch in the “on” position. Thoroughly test all lift related functions per Section
Four.
10. Set the on/off switch in the “off” position, replace the front cover per Procedure 7.1.
