Attach each shoulder pad using three screws and washers (Figure 8).
Fully tighten the bolts.

Attach the long placard using four bolts and four washers (Figure 9).

Attach the short placard by sliding it onto the placard holder and secure it
with one bolt
and one washer (Figure 10). Fully tighten the bolts.

Height calibration and foot plate
Assemble height calibration
1.
Place a bumper on either side of the height adjustment assembly bottom rod
end and position it inside of the weight arm bracket (Figure 11).

Slide the selector tube pin through the brackets, bumpers , rod end, and
secure it with the bolt and washer .

Repeat Steps 1 and 2 to attach the height adjustment assembly top rod end
to the shoulder frame (Figure 12).
When assembly is complete, check to ensure that the Adjustable Height Calibration
functions properly.
Check the height calibration
1.
Unload the shoulder frame by lifting it slightly. When the release handle is
depressed, the pop pin should release. Ensure this happens at each height
adjustment position.
